The »Hen« egg cups of the former VEB Sonja PLASTIC publicly owned company in Wolkenstein in the Ore Mountains in Thuringia are still produced today in many colours. In the front a lifelike chicken head with a comb and throat pouch, in the back hinted tail feathers. The egg finds its place in the middle: trendy, a bit shrill and funny.
